S1.1 The Broadband Service provides the Customer with an internet connection, access to email, and space for a personal website. Additional information about the Broadband Service is available on the Website.
S1.2 The speed at which the Customer is connected to the internet by using the Service is determined by the agreed subscription. The stated transfer speed is only approximate and may vary in practice.
S1.3 Internetport is not responsible for any loss or distortion of information or data, such as email, images, data information, information on the personal website, or information uploaded by the Customer. Internetport is also not responsible for any backup or copying of email, images, or other material belonging to the Customer that is processed via the Broadband Service.
S2.1 The Telephony Service means that the Customer can call telephone numbers both within Sweden and abroad. More information about Telephony and the additional services offered is available on the Website.
S2.2 For the use of Telephony, Internetport has the right to decide on credit limits. Information about credit limits is provided in connection with new subscription sign-ups.
S2.3 During the term of the agreement, Internetport has the right to lower or raise the Customer's credit limit with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Notice of any change to the credit limit is given via the Website or email.
S2.4 If Internetport lowers the credit limit during the term of the agreement, the Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement in accordance with clause 11.2. If the Customer uses the Telephony Service after the reduction has taken effect, this shall be deemed acceptance of the reduction.
S2.5 If the Customer exceeds the credit limit, Internetport has the right to block the service for all calls except emergency calls.
S2.6 Internetport has the right to terminate the Telephony Service if the Customer has not used the service for twelve (12) consecutive months.
S2.7 Before number portability (transfer of the Customer's existing telephone number from another operator) can be carried out for use in the Telephony Service, Internetport must ensure that portability is possible. Internetport will initiate the transfer, subject to any cooling-off period, as soon as possible. Internetport cannot guarantee that portability can be carried out.
S3.1 The equipment is delivered as a postal package to the address provided by the Customer in their order or to the nearest collection point. Internetport has the right to charge a shipping fee, as indicated on Internetport's order page. If the equipment is not collected within fourteen (14) days from the notification that it is available for pickup, Internetport has the right to charge a return fee.
S3.2 The equipment is normally delivered within two to five (2–5) business days unless otherwise stated on Internetport's order page.
S3.3 If the Customer is already being invoiced for a Service provided by Internetport, the equipment will be paid for with the next invoice where the equipment is listed. Otherwise, Internetport will send a separate invoice together with the delivery of the equipment, with payment terms of thirty (30) days.
S3.4 Internetport provides a twelve (12) month warranty on the equipment unless otherwise stated on the order page. The warranty means that Internetport will replace or repair equipment that is defective. The warranty does not cover faults due to impact, misuse, or incorrect use.
S3.5 A Customer wishing to invoke the warranty should contact Internetport Customer Service via the Website or by phone. Internetport will cover the return shipping cost provided that the warranty applies and the Customer has followed Internetport's instructions for the return. Internetport has the right to examine the returned and claimed equipment for fourteen (14) days, and during this period is under no obligation to provide replacement equipment.
