Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all services provided by Internetport Sweden AB (reg. no. 556767-0277) — including broadband, mobile broadband, telephony, TV, web hosting, VPS, object storage, load balancing, domains and related services. It supplements our General Terms and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict, the General Terms prevail.

By ordering or using our services you accept this AUP. It also applies to your end users and to all content and traffic that you or they transmit via our services.

The following categories are explicitly prohibited and are never tolerated. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and, where required or permitted by law, reporting to the competent authority:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors — zero tolerance; such content is reported to law enforcement / NCMEC.
• Terrorist content, violent extremism, or content that incites, praises or facilitates terrorism or serious violence.
• Malware — distribution or control of malware, viruses, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control (C2), exploits or similar.
• Phishing, spoofing, impersonation of identity/sender, or websites designed to deceive users into disclosing information.
• Financial crime and fraud — fake shops, investment/crypto scams, money laundering, card fraud or other financial fraud.
• Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging (email, SMS, calls) contrary to applicable law, including snowshoe spam.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark) and distribution of unlawfully pirated material.
• Other content unlawful under Swedish or EU law, including unlawful threats, incitement against a group, and sale of prohibited goods/services.

You may not use the services to harm, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to networks, systems or data. This includes, among other things: unauthorised access or intrusion attempts, port scanning without permission, denial-of-service attacks (DoS/DDoS), spoofing of IP/sender addresses, open relays or resolvers that enable abuse, and circumvention of access or volume limits.

We maintain a dedicated abuse contact for abuse reports. Report suspected abuse, illegal content or security incidents to abuse@internetport.se.

Please include the information we need to act quickly: the URL/IP/domain or service concerned, the time with time zone, logs or evidence, and your contact details. Reports are handled confidentially.

Security researchers can also see our security.txt (/.well-known/security.txt). GDPR-related requests should be directed to gdpr@internetport.se.

We maintain a documented procedure to receive, acknowledge, investigate and act on reports:

• Receipt and acknowledgement: reports are logged and normally acknowledged within one (1) business day.
• Assessment: severity and legality are assessed. For manifestly illegal content (e.g. CSAM) we act immediately.
• GDPR requests (access, rectification, erasure, etc.) are handled under our Privacy Policy and answered within the statutory time (normally one month).
• Law-enforcement requests are handled by authorised staff; we disclose data only on a valid legal basis and preserve relevant data where the law requires.

In the event of a violation of this AUP we may, depending on severity and without prejudice to our rights under the General Terms, take one or more of the following actions:

• Contact the customer and require remediation within a stated time.
• Restrict, suspend or remove the content or service concerned.
• Terminate the agreement and discontinue services for customers who breach the policy.
• Preserve relevant logs and data and report to the competent authority where required or permitted by law.

For manifestly illegal or acutely harmful content (e.g. CSAM, ongoing attacks, active phishing) we act immediately and without prior notice. In less serious cases an opportunity to remediate is normally given first.

We cooperate with the Swedish Police and other competent authorities. Upon valid legal request we disclose information and preserve data in accordance with law. Requests from authorities can be sent to abuse@internetport.se.
