How do I check which broadband is available at my address?

Internetport operates in 36 city networks across Sweden and delivers fibre broadband up to 10 Gbit/s in selected networks – typical home plans go up to 1 Gbit/s – where fibre is installed.

How much does broadband cost and is there a lock-in period?

Our broadband plans start from SEK 99/month including VAT and most services have no lock-in period. You always see the exact price for your address when you search, and can order online with BankID.

Can I keep my phone number when switching to Internetport?

Yes. When you order VoIP telephony or a mobile plan you can port your existing number. Just enter your current number in the order and we handle the transfer for you — you don't need to change numbers.

Do you offer customer service and support in Swedish?

How quickly is my service activated after ordering?

Digital services such as web hosting, VPS and domains are usually activated immediately after ordering. Broadband and TV are typically activated within a few business days depending on the city network and installation. You receive an order confirmation by email with all the details.
