What do we need to get started?+
You need Microsoft 365 with Microsoft Teams plus a Teams Phone add-on in your Microsoft licensing — the add-on that enables telephony in Teams. We help you verify the prerequisites and handle the Direct Routing connection to our telephony gateway.
How is Teams connected to the phone network?+
Via Direct Routing to our own telephony gateway in Sweden. We run the gateway/SBC and the connection to the phone network — you need no SBC of your own and no extra platform, just your existing Microsoft Teams.
Can we keep our existing numbers?+
Yes. We port your fixed and mobile numbers to us so you keep the numbers your customers already use. If you need more, we assign Swedish numbers.
Does it work on mobile?+
Yes. With the Teams app on your phone you call and answer on the company number wherever you are — the same number and switchboard as on the computer.
Do we need to buy any hardware?+
No, nothing is required — telephony runs in Teams on your existing computers and phones. If you want physical desk phones or headsets, those can be added.
What does it cost?+
Our part — Direct Routing via our gateway, numbers and full switchboard features — starts at SEK 99 per user and month excl. VAT.
