How do I order broadband?
Search your address at the top of this page: for fibre you will see the speeds and prices available at your home and can order in a few minutes with BankID. Prefer mobile? Order a mobile 5G plan directly. Delivery normally takes 2–3 business days.
What do I need to order internet?
Your address (to check fibre availability), BankID to sign the order, and a few minutes. No technician visit is needed if the address already has a fibre outlet, and mobile broadband just needs a router with the SIM card.
Can I order a router at the same time?
Yes. Add a pre-configured router to the same order — buy it outright or split the cost over 12 months — and it ships together with your start information, ready to plug in.
Is there a lock-in period?
Most of our plans have no lock-in period, so you can order risk-free and change or cancel later with one month’s notice. Campaign offers with a discounted intro price may carry a lock-in, which is always stated clearly before you order.
